Genealogies and Family Names

Ken Brown and one of his students, Barbara Taylor, have compiled genealogical information about the following Brazoria County families. Sources for this information were public records from the 18th and 19th century, family account books and other family records.

Copies of this information are available for viewing at the Brazoria Community Library. Some families have given permission for some information to be available on this web site – when they have done so, links are provided.

Sometimes the links below go to genealogical records. Sometimes they go to copies of family records in which family names appear.
