Levi Jordan
Plantation

Robert Martin

Robert C. Martin

Robert Martin is a direct descendant of Levi Jordan, and the cousin of Sarah Martin, Ginny Raska and Dorothy Cotton. He has been very involved with collecting family genealogy information for the past several years, and, along with Sarah Martin, Ginny Raska and Dorothy Cotton, has helped to provide Ken Brown and me (Carol McDavid) with genealogical information to enter into the project's genealogical database.

He was especially interested in having some of the family genealogical information on the web site, so that other Martins from other parts of the country might see it and perhaps add or correct information. So, that's here now, or part of it anyway.

Go to the Jordan Genealogy page if you want to see the information that's posted on the site now.

Robert also wanted to see excerpts of Sallie McNeill's Diary posted on the web site, and Ginny Raska has made that possible.
